George Benson
Interim President and Chief Executive Officer

George S BensonBenson, operating partner with The Riverside Company, Experient’s majority shareholder, serves as interim CEO succeeding Ed Shartar who resigned to pursue other opportunities.  George has extensive CEO experience and for the past 19 years has focused on various growth, restructuring, and turnaround situations via his consulting company, Benson and Associates.   

Benson brings a wealth of experience to this role and will serve the organization in this capacity until the search for a new president and CEO is completed.  Born in Norristown, PA, and residing in Rocky River, OH, Benson holds a Masters Degree from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance and Economics from Ohio State University. 

David C. Erich
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

David C. ErichErich joined Experient in March 2006 from British Airways PLC where he served as General Manager/Senior Vice President of U.K. Customer Service and Operations, based in London, England. During his tenure in the UK, he was responsible for all aspects of the airline's ground operations at London Heathrow Airport, London Gatwick Airport, and 12 other UK airports including Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President Customer Service, North America for British Airways and was responsible for all safety, security, property and ground operations at 25 airports.

Erich has a BSBA from the University of Tulsa, Tulsa, OK. He is married to Wendy and has two children, Katie and Scott.

Bob Lucke
Executive Vice President,
Product Management

Bob LuckeA co-founder of Galaxy Information Services, Lucke has held many key roles throughout his 20-year tenure with the company, including Vice President, Sales; President, Marketing Services; and Chief Operating Officer. In addition to fulfilling his management responsibilities, he serves as Executive Account Manager for several of Experient key accounts. Lucke is acknowledged within the tradeshow industry as
one of the individuals most knowledgeable about the sales lead management and registration businesses. Active in many tradeshow industry associations, he is a frequent lecturer and task force participant.

Lucke is a graduate of Towson University.

Brian Scott
Chief Information Officer

Brian ScottScott is responsible for managing information technology infrastructure, leading product and systems development, providing technology strategic vision and supporting both internal and external customers. Previously, he was CIO of ExpoExchange. He has more than 12 years experience in applications development, systems architecture and program management.

Scott received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and his Masters in Management of Technology from the University of Maryland.

Rick Binford, CMP
Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

Rick BinfordBinford became Chief Marketing Officer at Experient in May 2006. He joined Experient in 1999 and is credited with building the Experient Sales Network (ESN), our successful alternate sales channel of 46 independent agents. Under Binford's leadership, the ESN has created 350 new clients and generated over $20 million in new sales for Experient.

Prior to joining Experient, he held a variety of senior sales and marketing leadership positions at both the Detroit and New York City Convention and Visitors Bureaus, where he led extensive brand development, publication, market research and public relations campaigns. In addition, he has deep experience in travel industry advertising, pricing strategy and product marketing through leadership roles with Northwest Airlines and Republic Airlines. Binford has held the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation since 1990, and has also lead development of a wide range of successful strategic marketing and customer recognition events. His professional awards speak to his success in creating and managing marketing campaigns including two Golden Bell Awards for Destination Advertising and an IACVB Award for Outstanding Tourism Awareness Campaigns.

Michael Guerriero, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Michael GuerrieroGuerriero joined Experient as Director of Finance in 1990 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1995. He also serves as Treasurer for the company. He has managed the company’s finances through significant internal and acquisition- related growth. Prior to joining Experient, he worked as an auditor in Price Waterhouse’s (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) Cleveland office, where he was a Senior Accountant. He was named a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Guerriero graduated from Kent State University with a BBA in accounting.

Linda Brennan
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Linda BrennanBrennan joined Experient in January, 2007 from the SVP, Human Resources position at RSM McGladrey where she was involved in several key initiatives, including leading an HR merger team charged with on-boarding and integrating 2,400 employees, implementing a competency-based interview and selection process, championing the re-engineering of RSM's recruiting function and enhancing the project management competency of the corporate HR team through coaching and the use of professional project managers.

Brennan leads an HR team of 12 persons and is responsible for all HR functions across nine regional offices. She is based in the Arlington, VA office of Experient and travels extensively to all Experient locations.

Born and raised in the Washington, DC metro area, Brennan received her BA in labor studies and history from Pennsylvania State University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa; her MS in human resources and industrial relations from Rutgers University; and her post-graduate certificate in organizational counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management in 2001.

Brad Weaber, CMP
Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer

Brad WeaberWeaber was named Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Experient's Sales and Account Management group in 2006. He joined Experient in 1990 as an Account Planner, and during his 16+ years with the company has held positions as Account Executive; Senior Account Executive; Associate Director, Eastern Region; Director, Eastern Region; Regional Vice President, Eastern Region; and served as Senior Vice President for Experient, overseeing the operations and account management for the company's seven regional offices, as well as the client services and promotions departments. He is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and a member of PCMA, serving as D.C. Chapter President twice, as well as a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). He serves on the advisory boards of Hilton Hotel Corporation, Vancouver Tourism Council and Washington, D.C. Tourism and Convention Council. He has authored more than 15 articles, spoken frequently on industry trends and issues, and moderated dozens of industry panels. Weaber graduated from the University of Illinois with a BA in Business Management.
