Corporate Citizenship
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a movement in the corporate setting that takes careful consideration in how business practices intersect with important principals, such as: ethics, employee welfare and treatment, legal compliance, and environmental protection.
Experient has established and upheld standards in these areas for years, and we participate in a number of environmentally sustainable business practices. Now, with growing attention to CSR and a drive from our customer community, we have formalized our position on these principals and are fully engaging all Experient staff and suppliers in programs that can help protect the environment.
For Experient, our corporate social responsibility can be seen through our commitment to our industry, our clients, our vendor partners, our employees and their families, as well as the communities and environment that we live and work in. We believe that this needs to be an integral part of how we conduct our business, make decisions, and set our priorities.
Our CSR plan is an integrated management system that documents our code of conduct, measures our environmental impact, publicly discloses our programs and performance, and assigns internal ownership for oversight and participation.
