JoAnn Bedrosian Ryan

Director of Talent Acquisition

JoAnn joined Experient as Director of Talent Acquisition in May of this year. She will be focusing on attracting high caliber professionals to drive growth for the Experient Sales Network throughout North America.  JoAnn also leads our  on-boarding of all new Account Managers during their first 90 days with Experient.

JoAnn’s is looking for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for the meetings and conventions business.  She wants to make their transition into the independent agent world smooth, hassle free and most importantly rewarding.

JoAnn has an impressive 20-plus year career with United Airlines and most recently was with the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau.  JoAnn has served as a director for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and as a director on the Foundations of MPI, the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).  She is a lifetime ASAE Fellow.  JoAnn has been active at the local Chicago level as a board member of the Association Forum of Chicagoland and is a founding board member of the Greater Midwest Chapter of PCMA.  She has received several Sales Awards from United Airlines and has been recognized in the industry, receiving the Professional Achievement Award from PCMA, The Kathy Osterman Award for Leadership from the Chicago Chapter of MPI, Associate Member of the Year from Association Forum and Sales Person of the Year from the American Medical Association.
