Conferon Global Services Becomes Experient
A Company Focused on Delivering Total Event Experience

Frederick, MD – Announced today during the company’s Annual Meeting in Denver, CO, Conferon Global Services (CGS), including the former Conferon, ExpoExchange, and ITS divisions, has united under the single name Experient. Accompanying this name change is the release of a new company logo which will begin appearing in regular use immediately.

“While we recognize the enormous equity in each of the former divisions, I have absolutely no doubt that the event industry will very soon recognize a much greater benefit in the combined resources we have as Experient,” says Ed Shartar, Experient chief executive officer. “We lead the industry in each of the segments we serve and will continue to serve, but we believe that the event industry is ready to look beyond providers of individual services and embrace a company dedicated to creating fully-integrated and distinctive experiences for attendees, exhibitors, and event organizers.”

This integration of services and divisions allows Experient to maximize its wealth of experienced registration, housing, event management and sales lead retrieval experts. Shartar says, “We are in a position that no other company in the event industry can claim. We have united the industry’s best minds across all service categories into a centrally managed enterprise and focused them on our customers’ ultimate business objectives. As a result of this focus, we bring to the table a unique perspective which allows us to combine best practices and forward thinking consultation. As Experient, we are more than a service company. We are the single source for integrated meeting and event solutions.”

Also unveiled today, Experient’s logo features the name in a san-serif blue type with clean lines symbolic of the open lines of communication between all of Experient’s internal staff and with Experient customers. The letter “I” in the name is humanly stylized in vibrant orange to represent Experient’s ultimate customers, the event participants, while the color is indicative of the energy with which Experient will pursue satisfactory experiences for those customers.
