Experient To Debut Optium Lead Retrieval Devices At IAEM

Twinsburg, OH – Twinsburg, OH – Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, will premiere its new family of ExpoCard lead retrieval devices at EXPO! EXPO! The International Association for Exhibition Management's Annual Meeting to be held November 28 - 30 in San Diego.

Experient's Optium™ readers - the Optium S400 and Optium TS600 - offer exhibitors attractive yet powerful methods of quickly and accurately capturing attendee contact information and demographics in their exhibit booths. Attendees at events in which Experient is the official lead retrieval company carry ExpoCards - plastic cards with magnetic strips containing their registration information. Both Optium devices accurately read these ExpoCards and immediately store the sales leads on a removable USB flash drive. Both units also provide an instant printout of leads captured.

The silver Optium S400 gives exhibitors instant access to an electronic file of their sales leads. Using the Optium S400's easy-to-use keyboard, exhibitors can review and print both current and previously captured leads. The blue Optium TS600 builds on the S400 capabilities by capturing and displaying lead information on a color touchscreen.

Experient Expands Trade Show and Association Sales Teams

Twinsburg, OH - Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announces the expansion of its sales team in the association and trade show markets.

Scott Eames joins Experient as a strategic sales executive in the tradeshow market. He brings more than 12 years of experience in the trade show, meeting and travel industries. His previous positions include sales positions at Reed Exhibitions Companies, b-there.com, American Express and Expedia. At Expedia, Eames was responsible for online travel management sales to Fortune 500 companies; with American Express he was strategic sales director for corporate meeting solutions; and at Reed Exhibitions he spent time as a show director, managing several Tradeshow Week 200 shows.

Eames has been active with the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), the International Association for Exhibition Management (IAEM), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE). He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from the University of Montana.

Margaret Miller joins Experient as a strategic sales executive in the association market. Miller has 15 years of experience in group and transient sales with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and worked as national sales manager with Disney Resort Destinations before coming to Experient. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in restaurant and hotel industry management from Purdue University and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Potomac Chapter of MPI.
