Four Join Experient Nationwide Independent Sales Team
Twinsburg, OH Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announces four additions to the Experient Sales Network. The Experient Sales Network (ESN) is comprised of a team of Experient business development specialists located in primary customer markets across North America. These meeting solution professionals design and implement meeting and incentive solutions for Experient customers.
The newest ESN associates are Margot Louden, Donna Rague, Sheila Clark and Nicole Neale. ESN representatives are in place in key locations to serve as primary contacts for new customers within their market.
ESN Regional Director Dave Nolan said “Margot, Donna, Sheila and Nicole are excellent additions to the Experient Sales Network. They each have the tools they need to be successful and expand the Experient customer base.”
Louden is based in Laurel, MD serving Washington DC and Baltimore, MD and has 15 years of experience in the event industry. Her previous positions included reservations, production and sales at Global Distribution Systems in New York and site sourcing, as a regional manager, for HelmsBriscoe.
Rague brings more to the ESN more than 10 years of corporate event and meeting management experience across small and large corporations alike. She studied at the University of Southern Maine majoring in business administration and will be based in Florida, supporting new client development efforts nationwide.
Clark brings five years of industry experience to the Experient Sales Network. Her previous positions include a management position at The Cheesecake Factory and a sales leadership position for The Limited. Clark studied at The Ohio State University majoring in Sociology and Communications. Clark is based in Ohio and supports new client development efforts nationwide.
Neale comes to Experient with four years of experience, having had positions with the Hilton Silver Spring, the Doubletree Rockville and HelmsBriscoe. She is a member of the Potomac Chapter of MPI. She was previously involved with the Society of Government Meeting Professionals. Neale will be based in Maryland and support new client development efforts nationwide.

Experient Adds Four To Independent Sales Network
Twinsburg, OH Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announces four additions to the Experient Sales Network. The Experient Sales Network (ESN) is a team of independent business development specialists who support Experient’s sales efforts nationwide.
The newest ESN associates are Rheba Estante, Sharon Shuford, Lisa Hagerty and Laurie Wrubel.
ESN Regional Director Kris Nitzel said “Rheba, Sharon, Lisa and Laurie are excellent additions to the Experient Sales Network. I am excited to be working with them and expect wonderful results.”
Estante brings 12 years industry experience to the Experient Sales Network. A former member of the Canadian Public Relations Society and Canadian Women in Communications, Estante has worked in the public relations, conference development and freelance journalism fields. She studied at Queen’s University and will be based in Toronto, Canada and support new client development efforts.
A Certified Travel Counselor and an active member of the Society of Incentive Travel Executive (SITE) Shuford has 20 years of experience in the event industry. Here previous positions include vice president of meetings and incentives with Brownell Travel and director of meetings and incentives for MMS Incentives.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a Masters degree from Louisiana State University. Shuford is based in Georgia and will support new client development efforts nationwide.
Hagerty is a 15 year veteran of the of the event industry who has had sales and meetings positions with the Westin Park Central, Sheraton Suites Market Center, Hilton Dallas Park Cities, Adam’s Mark Hotel in Dallas and Fairmont Hotel in Dallas. She earned several sales recognitions throughout her career and has been a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives and the Professional Convention Management Association. She is a current member of Meeting Professionals International and is based in Texas.
Wrubel comes to Experient with more than 14 years of experience. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and has had sales positions with Bristol Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and Gaylord Hotels. She received several sales awards while with Gaylord Opryland and with Hyatt Rosemont and is a past member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
She is based in Tennessee and will support sales nationwide.

Ian Twentey Named Experient Eastern Region Senior Vice President
Twinsburg, OH Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announces that industry veteran Ian Twentey has been named senior vice president, eastern region.
With more than 15 years of sales and account management experience at Experient, Twentey will oversee account management teams in the Frederick, MD and Washington, DC offices of Experient.
“Ian brings great passion and dedication to his role,” says Experient Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer Brad Weaber. “Using his incredible customer knowledge and relationships, Ian will lead the eastern region of the Experient account management team in a positive direction and continue to reinforce Experient’s position as the full service leader in the event industry.”
Twentey is involved with such industry groups as International Association of Exhibitions and Events, the Professional Convention Management Association, Meeting Professionals International and the American Society of Association Executives.
