Experient Welcomes New Members of the Experient Sales Network

Twinsburg, OH – Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announces the addition of four experienced sales representatives to the Experient Sales Network. The Experient Sales Network (ESN) is a team of independent business development specialists known as Experient National Account Managers (ENAMs) located in primary customer markets across North America.

The newest ENAMs to join the Experient Sales Network are Marti Gibson, Doug Weese, Diane De Voe and Joe Soto.

“The professionals who make up our Experient Sales Network fill such an important niche for our company and our industry,” says Andy Smith, vice president, independent sales network. “Their knowledge, drive and flexibility allow them to work closely with our customers to discover their needs and find the perfect solutions to fit those needs. Marti, Doug, Diane and Joe are fine additions to our already stellar team, and we know that they will be a valuable resource for each of their clients.”

Gibson is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) with more than 20 years of experience in corporate planning, event planning, promotions and sales. Her previous positions include director of conference, convention and travel planning at St. Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City, owner and president of Premiere Meetings & Travel, Inc. and business development and mortgage consulting positions at Fieldstone Mortgage Company, Wells Fargo and Chase. Gibson is based in Kansas City.

Weese has been in the hospitality industry more than 25 years and has convention management and sales experience. A CMP, Weese has been with Experient since 1988, most recently in the role of strategic account executive. Prior to joining Experient, he held a convention management position at Quail Hollow Resort near Cleveland, Ohio. Weese is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and is based in Ohio.

De Voe is a CMP with event management, customer service and sales experience. Her previous positions include event manager at Atlas International and sales/catering at the Hospitality Group. She has been trained in meeting planning, meeting marketing, site selection and food and beverage management and has been involved with various industry associations. She is based in Northern California.

Soto has spent more than a decade in hotel sales, holding positions with the Hyatt, Crowne Plaza, Renaissance and Omni hotel groups. He is a CMP and is active with Meeting Professionals International. Soto is based in Massachusetts.
