Million Dollar Roundtable and Experient Are Together Again

Park Ridge, IL and Twinsburg, OH – The premier association of financial professionals, Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), has finalized an agreement with Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, for housing and registration services to the 2009 and 2010 Million Dollar Roundtable Annual Meetings.

Every year, MDRT gathers more than 6,000 of the world’s most successful insurance sales producers for a gathering designed to expose attendees to new sales ideas in the life insurance-based financial services business. The Annual Meeting offers focus sessions led by approximately 100 speakers and networking opportunities with top financial services professionals from around the world.

Although MDRT’s most recent events have been served by an Experient competitor, the association has a long history of working with Experient. Ray Kopcinski, MDRT director of meeting services, says, “After working with Experient for many years, we decided to put our Annual Meeting out to bid a couple of years ago to see what else was available to us. We accepted the bid of a company who sounded very good in the proposal and sales process. Unfortunately, the actual delivery was not what we expected.”

Welcoming the account back, Experient set out to meet MDRT’s admittedly high standards by utilizing a customer-centric account management approach. With a strong interpersonal relationship already in place and a solid understanding of MDRT’s expectations, Experient will meet the association’s need for housing and registration services that include real time credit card processing, quick registration and comprehensive reporting.

“Winning an account back such as Million Dollar Roundtable is very rewarding,” says Bill Reed, Experient senior vice president. “We never want to lose a customer to our competition, but when they come back to us it confirms that we’re doing a first-class job. We value our relationship with MDRT and are very excited to be working together again.”   

Kopcinski agrees, saying, “We’re glad to be back. We’ve worked with Experient for so long we’re almost like family. Ultimately it’s the people at Experient that brought us back.”
