Electronic Will Call Service

As the event dates approach, we determine with event management a date to cease credential mailings to avoid lost credentials due to mail delays. In these cases, we will either provide registrants with bar code confirmations with which they print their credentials onsite or notify them to claim their credentials at a staffed electronic will call service center. For clients who do not wish to mail out any credentials in advance, we will hold all information in our online registration system. Registrants may visit any registration counter onsite to have their credentials instantly produced.
