Electronic Confirmations

At the request of our clients, we will send confirmations to registrants via email for more immediate delivery than traditional mail or fax methods. We will summarize the registrants' information, including name, address, course selection, payment information, and general information about the event. In situations where badges are not mailed to advance registrants, we can include bar codes on several types of confirmations. Attendees simply scan these documents at designated stations in the registration area to print their badges and credentials.
