Event registration software users may also generate multi-line lists in different formats, edit existing records, download and save information, obtain demographic counts and conduct detailed analyses. By providing this access on the Internet, we save our customers valuable time and provide them with information at their convenience.

Although most of our customers prefer our full-service approach, some event organizers like to maintain some level of contact with their event data. With ExpoConnect^TM, our customers have the ability to access their event information using the same registration technology our internal staff uses. Event organizers can perform data entry operations from their own office rather than forwarding the names to us for inclusion. They can also use ExpoConnect to perform edits, monitor their data, and more.

One of the most important benefits of our post convention report is that it illustrates the value of our clients' meetings. With today's business environment, it is imperative that the value of every meeting be documented. When presented with concrete evidence of a meeting's total worth, hotels can make a more educated decision on whether or not to book your meeting, when to book it, at what room rates, and what concessions are appropriate. Knowledge is power. By knowing how much was spent on the various aspects of your meeting, we have more negotiating leverage in the future.

Our Post Convention Housing Reports include:

• total guest room pick up and pattern, along with revenues generated
• total food and beverage dollars spent by each group and its affiliates, including hospitalities
• other income for a city or facility (suppliers such as audiovisual, floral, decorations, electrical, etc.)

In addition to documenting the value of meetings, the post convention report also includes a basic meeting overview along with suggestions and recommendations for both the pre-planning and onsite stages of future meetings.
