"Outboarding" on the Rise:
An Economic Indicator?
Convention industry insiders disdainfully call them “outboarders”—vendors who set up shop in a hotel suite near a trade show site to promote their products. While unsanctioned exhibits are not new, they appear to be on the rise. Click on the link below to hear how the Consumer Electronics Association cracked down on outboarders in January and learn tips how you can protect the investment of your trade show and its exhibitors from this type of infringement.

Impact on International Event

RFID Badges Provide Multiple Benefits
to World Market Center
Since World Market Center invests heavily in creating valuable customer experiences, they wanted to analyze attendance and traffic flow while measuring ROI during their events, seminars and receptions.

By using RFID badges, they gathered important data on attendee and exhibitor behavior, such as pinpointing the hourly traffic peaks and flows with extreme accuracy and seeing which types of registrants visited which areas of the exhibition.

One of the many benefits of using RFID badges is attendees can immediately enter the event using their mailed badge. Click the link below to read more.
