I'm Terence Donnelly, CMP

Vice President, Sales

I joined Experient in July of 2005 after years in the hospitality and industry technology sectors. I started my career at Experient as a national sales manager before being promoted into overseeing the corporate and tradeshow markets. In this role, I set new account acquisition and marketing strategies and oversee a team of skilled sales professionals that are located across the country. 

I am a Certified Meeting Professional and was actively involved with the Convention Industry Council (CIC) "project attrition" task force and sat on the registration and housing commission for the CIC Accepted Practices Exchange (APEX) initiative. I most recently participated in the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) ROI task force where we are providing solutions to tradeshow organizers in measuring ROI. I continue to remain active in the industry and regularly speak on issues related to meetings technology and housing.

I will listen. I love to listen and understand the challenges facing our industry and clients, and collaborate on solutions to improve the success of events. With my background in software development and building requirements, no project seems insurmountable to me.  This is clearly evident in the new Attendee CRM product we built for the corporate and tradeshow markets (click here for more information).
