Having joined Experient in January 2008, I am committed to ensuring my extensive background in the industry will benefit our current and future Experient customers, as well as my Experient team members. My experience includes all areas of hotel management (Hyatt Hotels) and meeting/convention planning (Wyndham Jade). At Hyatt Hotels, my positions included the director of rooms division with a strong emphasis on revenue management and inventory control. At Wyndham Jade my areas of responsibilities were varied and included several leadership roles. My focus was within the convention division and I served positions as the director of housing, information technology (IT), registration and vice president of account management.
I enjoy my position at Experient because of the talent and professionalism of the Experient staff and the products and services we offer our customers to help them enhance their events – including reliable technology and excellent support.
I am a native of Memphis, Tennessee and attended the University of Memphis. My wonderful family is highlighted by an active son who enjoys kart racing and soccer. I am a member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Additionally, I volunteer for several organizations within my home community in the Dallas, Texas area.
